   How can I get an item with a status of "Missing"

Answer:
   An item in the catalog may show a different status other than available or checked out. Billed at SA, means the item was not returned and was billed at Student Accounts. Any item with a status of Billed at SA, Lost & Paid, Missing or Withdrawn may be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
