Can a faculty member from another college borrow items?

Faculty and staff employed at participating area universities, not part of the state university system, may receive borrowing privileges under the CAEC (Charlotte Area Educational Consortium) agreement. Patrons should obtain a CAEC card from their home institution library and present it at the Circulation Desk. Library privileges allow a borrower to checkout a maximum of six items at a time for
a loan period of 21 days. These items may be renewed according to existing renewal guidelines. Privileges do not include Interlibrary Loans, recalls, or off campus electronic access.
