Course Reserves - Reserve Request Forms

Reserved Materials Must Comply with Copyright Law. Be sure to include a copy of the original copyright statement with all electronic and photocopied requests. We will get back to you if there are any copyright issues that need to be addressed.

		Library-owned Materials (hard copy materials) We will locate your materials and add the hard copy of the book, journal or audiovisual to the reserve shelf for your students to access. [ Click here to fill out form and submit to us ]

		Electronic Reserves Students can access electronic Course Reserve materials from any computer connected to the web. Submit your own Adobe PDF file. We'll link it to your list. Submit your own 8 1/2 X 11 pages and we'll scan the material into an Adobe PDF file for your students to view electronically. We can scan library owned material (a chapter from a book, article from a journal, etc.) and allow the student to access the material electronically. Give us a complete citation and we'll pull the material for you. Items longer than 30 pages may require us to divide the material into two separate electronic reading. 		Faculty-owned Materials We will add your book, journal, class textbook, videocassette, DVD, or CD to the reserve shelf for your students. All materials MUST have the original copyright statement. [ Click here to print form and return with materials to Reserves Desk ]
