Computer Support

We provide technical support for the Library's public computing resources, including basic software support for most ITS-distributed applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.  Specialty software for scanning, video editing, graphic design and more are provided for UNC Charlotte students, faculty and staff in our   Digital Media Studio.

Login Support

Our staff can assist with setup and resetting of your NinerNet account for use in 49er Express, Banner, Blackboard, and 49er Card Services.

Printing Services

Our staff provides instruction for printing from all public computers, including assistance with advanced features such as color or two-sided prints.  For specialized print jobs, please contact the Ricoh Copy Center.

Wireless

The wireless network is provided as a convenience service for the University community and visitors. We can assist wireless network users with instruction and troubleshooting suggestions, however setup of a personal computing device is entirely the responsibility of the device owner.
